DIRTY REIVER 2026

Welcome to your glamping accommodation option for The focal events panaracer Dirty Reiver 2026 run by Focal Events. Into the wild glamping village will be a short walk from the event HQ at Kielder.


Guests will have use of the Rugby Club building where you can help yourself to hot water, coffee and tea. Guest will have exclusive use to toilet and shower blocks on site (towels not included).


The glamping village will be open from Friday afternoon until Sunday morning. you will be able to park your vehicle on site.


ACCOMMODATION OPTIONS

All tents come fully furnished and includes; double camp bed, sheet, duvet, pillows, blanket, extra cushion, rug, ivy and fairy lights inside and outside.


1-2 man ( double camp bed) £220.00

3-4 man (double camp bed + extra singles camp beds) £240.00


The price is for the whole weekend inclusive.

Please note that it is advise that you bring extra provisions, hot water bottle, extra warm PJ's and blankets as it can still be cold over night at that time of year.


Terms and Conditions

  • Terms and Conditions of hire

    Please read this carefully. By booking with us, you agree to accept the Terms & Conditions stated below.


    Making your booking


    • You must be at least 18 years old at the time of making the booking, you confirm that you are authorised to make the booking.
    • You are responsible for making all payments to us, full payment will be due 8 weeks prior to the event.
    • You must ensure that all the information you provide us in connection with your booking is true, accurate, current and complete, if any of your details change, you must promptly update your details by contacting intothewildbelltents@gmail.com
    • If you or any member of your party has any disability that may affect you booking, please inform us before your booking and give us full details in writing. 

    Pricing


    • We keep the price charge by Into The Wild Bell Tents under constant review and the prices of unsold accommodation may be increased or decreased at any time. We will confirm the price of your booking when you make it. As changes and mistake can occur, you must check the price and all other details of your chosen accommodation at the time of booking.
    • All quoted or otherwise given to you include all charges and any taxes. Any relevant varitations in the tax rate or government charges may result in variations of the sums due for your booking you may be requires to pay any additional taxes thats arise afetr your booking has been confimed.

    Changing Your Booking

    • If you want to change any detail of your booking, you must notify us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to rearrange the changes.
    • Changes can only be accepted with he owner's agreement. We cannot guarentee that the owner concerned will be able to meet your request. Additional charges may apply.

    Cancellation Terms


    • If you must cancel you booking, please inform us in writing. Full payment will be due 8 weeks prior to the event. If cancelled prior to this no charge will be made. I cancelled after payment is made 50% of the booking charge will apply. 
    • Into The Wild Bell Tents retain the right to cancel a booking if they belive the wind speed, grouns holding conditions and site exposure result in an unsafe environment for the tents and hirer on the day of the event. No compensation to be offered as a result.

    Events beyond our control

    • Except where otherwise stated in these booking conditions Into The Wild Bell Tents will not be liable or pay you compensation if our contactual obligations to you are affected by 'events beyond our control'. For the purposes of these booking conditions, events beyond our control mean any event beyind our or the owners control, the consequences of which could not have been avoided even if all reasonable measures had been taken. Examples include warfare and acts of terrioism (and threat there of), civil strike, significant risk to human health such as the outbreak of a serious disease, natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes or weather condtions which prevent you from travelling to the venue. The act of government or other national or local authority including port or river authorities, industrial dispute, labour strikes, lock closure, natural or nuclear, fire, chemical or biological disaster, unavoidable technical problems with transport and all similar events outside our or the owners control.

    Damage

    • You are responsible for and agree to reimburse to Into The Wild Bell Tents all cost incurred by the owner as a result of any breakages or damage in or to the accomodation which is caused by you or any members of your party or any other persons invited into your accommodation by your party. We can request an extra payment from you to cover any such relevant costs.
    • We expect the accommodation to be left in a reasonably clean and tidy state on departure. If, in our opinion, additional cleaning is required, you will be liable to pay for the cost of cleaning.

    Privacy

    • By submitting your personal information to us, you agree to our use of the information. We will only share your personal information for the purpose of the booking.

    Other Terms

    • Any dispute, claim or other legal matter which may arise in realtion to your booking with be governed by English Law and you agree that any dispute will be dealt with exclusively by the courts of England and Wales.
    • We will accept no liability or responsibility for any damages caused to you including: costs, losses, claims, expenses, demands and proceeings including your property, any third party guests or any consequential loss in these regards.
    • Our tents are strictly non-smoking, and a cleaning charge will be applied to any severly damaged tents.
    • We also ask that there are no naked flames under any circumstances in the tents and no flames or fires within 15 metres of the tents.
